Trial Underway for Ex-San Diego Mayor`s Wife Suing City for Ruptured Breast Implants in Sidewalk Fall

The wife of former San Diego Mayor Roger Hedgecock says the city failed to maintain a dangerous sidewalk in Pacific Beach, causing her breast implants to rupture when she tripped on it.
